PLCC2 LED bars

High brightness LED PLCC2 bars feature high light intensity of 140-280lm/m. Due to a simple connection method and possibility to supply with 12 V, their installation is intuitive. The LED bars find application in both professional electronics and domestic use.
The bars are available in 30cm long sections. Each bar consists of 3LED, 12V modules, which can work separately. The diodes used in the PLCC2 bars have 6-8lm light intensity, which results in 140lm / m total light intensity and 2.4W/m power consumption for diodes placed in 3cm distances, and 280lm /m total light intensity and 4.8W/m power consumption for diodes placed in 1.5cm distances.

The bars are available in two white light ranges:

neutral 4500-6000K
warm white 3000-3500K.

They are also available with PLCC6 diodes, whose light intensity is 14-16lm per single diode. These bars are marked as: OF-LBS5060W30, OF-LBS5060WW30, OF-LBS5060W60, OF-LBS5060WW60.

Multi-function AC adaptor and charger (ZAS-LAD-90)

Multi-function device, which can be used as:

AC adaptor: DC: 9.5v to 22V 5A max. (90W)
charger: Li-Ion: 12.6V (3 cells) and 16.8V (4 cells)

This is an exceptionally interesting device which can successfully replace a few other devices. The device is designed both for professional technicians and everyday users at home or in office.
The adaptor/charger is fitted with two separate outputs: standard USB (5V ) and adjustable within 9.5-22V. Due to the system of a replaceable plugs*, the device can work with over 100 laptop models **.
The voltage value applied to the output is instantly shown on the display, which simplifies operation and enables reliable control on the supplying voltage. By the use of appropriate plug the the charger can be an adapter to the given type of battery. When the device is ready for battery charging, the display shows a corresponding message. After connecting the rechargeable battery the display colour switches to orange, which indicates start of the charging process. The charging level is displayed in %.
The charging function can be also used with Li-Ion laptop batteries and other type Li-Ion rechargeable batteries. The necessary condition for appropriate use of the device is equipping it with a PCB protection and a suitable connector (plug).

The ZRS-58 connector enables the connection of CDX3000 ISO Sony radio receivers with the car default audio system. Using a very common ISO dice, it is possible to apply this element in a wide range of cars.

Additionally, the connector is compatible with over 50 models of Sony radio receivers, which makes them multipurpose connection elements.
Within their flexible market strategy, TME has changed the connector supplier, which has resulted in lower prices and higher quality of these products.

The vertically split Han Easy Hood

The Han® Easy Hoods for HARTING couplings HAN series are a solution that makes complex cable assembly faster. The connector insert is first assembled on the cable and then the cable seal and the connector itself are installed in the vertically split hood. The use of cable seals has eliminated the need for the use of cable glands. The overall cable assembly time has been reduced by 15 to 20%. After connecting to the part mounted on the panel the hoods provide IP65 protection degree. The hoods are available in two sizes: 16B and 24B.

LED48-E27/WW LED reflectors

LED48-E27/WW reflectors are ideal substitution for phased-out tungsten bulbs. The reflector consists of 48 warm white LEDs in 3mm housings. These products are designed to substitute the most popular E27 tungsten bulbs. Advantage of these reflectors is very good light diffusion, what results in wide area illumination (instead of point illumination). Another very important advantage is very low power consumption, which does not exceed 3W. High efficiency gives very high luminous flux at this low power consumption of the reflector. That is going that way because all energy is converted to the visible light not heat, like in the case of bulbs, where 90% of energy is converted to the heat energy. Operation life of the LED reflectors is over 50 000 hours. This is over 50 times longer than a standard bulb life.
