How to order the products from the TME catalogue?

We accept orders placed in every form:

  • by letter, fax, e-mail, Internet - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;
  • by phone - from Monday to Friday, except holidays, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.;
  • personally - from Monday to Friday, except holidays, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The waiting time for the order placed in the company headquarters is about one hour. That is why we recommend prior ordering by phone or via our website.

Attention:
The minimal quote for personal ordering is 70 PLN net.

Payments in national currencies

Payments made by our customers from such countries as:

  • Hungary
  • Czech Republic
  • Slovakia
  • Germany
can be realized in the particular national currency on our bank accounts in these countries.

Customers from other countries can realize payments on our currency accounts in Polish banks.

How much does the postage cost and when is it added?

The TME Company delivers dispatches in Poland through the courier agency GLS (former Szybka Paczka). Lump-sum fee for delivering the package which weighs not more than 30 kilos is 12,90 PLN net and it is added to the first dispatch from the order (also when the first dispatch from the order contains only articles, which were not on stock in our warehouse at the time of ordering). If not all ordered goods are available in our warehouse and the order is realized in batches, the costs of delivery of the overdue goods are covered by the TME Company.

How can you resign from the placed order or modify it?

If you want to modify the ordered quantity, add or remove some products, you can do this in the “orders” field, which is placed at the bottom of the “on-line orders” page before directing it to the realisation by means of the “Finish the order” button. The edition is allowed till 2 a.m. (acc. to the Polish time zone) of the next day. Please, finish the order by means of „finish the order” button before 2 o’clock a.m. acc. to Polish time zone. If until this time you do not direct the order to the execution by means of the „finish the order” button, all products ordered before 2 o’clock a.m. will be removed from your order.

In order to change the number of ordered products put the right quantity in the “orders” frame in the “new quantity” field and confirm it with the “change” button. In order to remove a product from the order key in “0” in the “new quantity” field and confirm it with the “change” button.

Finishing the order directs it to immediate realisation in the warehouse.

Such order cannot be edited on-line from this moment. In case when not all ordered goods are available in our warehouse and the order is realized in batches, the TME bears costs of sending overdue goods. However we add transport costs to the deliveries, which include goods from a new order as well as overdue goods from previous orders.

Delivery of products different than in the order

If you got the goods not consistent with the order or a faulty product, you can return it without being charged with the dispatch costs. The TME responsibility for the delivery of faulty products is limited to the replacement of those goods or the return of the paid sum. Customers who do not run their business and who are consumers according to the law, enjoy the right of returning the goods within 10 days without any additional charge and without need of giving the reason for their decision - being charged only with the dispatch costs.
The condition on which the returned goods are accepted is that they must be sent back in the original, not damaged packaging (we ask you to protect it additionally for the transport). The returned goods cannot have any signs of using them and they must contain all the elements with which they were delivered - especially guarantee cards, manuals etc.

How often is the stock on hand visible in "on-line orders" (after logging in) being updated?

The displayed number of products is available in the main warehouse in Lodz (Poland). Our website operates on-line therefore, the system corrects any changes in the stock on hand at real time, but to be sure that you see the right number remember to refresh the window.

Which files does the section "Download" contain?

In the section "Download" the catalogue with the offered products and the price list to be installed on the hard disc is available. The TME offer is divided into two files. The first (4.630 KB) contains the installation programme, which installs the "TME's Offer" programme on the hard disc. The second (2.000 KB) contains the product database, which is updated every day. You must download all two files to be sure that the system will work correctly.

What is the difference between "on-line orders" and "on-line catalogue"?

The on-line catalogue is designed for searching and selecting products, their parameters and for analysing the prices. In the catalogue all the information concerning the product (a photo, technical documentation, prices for different quantities, minimal and multiple quantities) is placed as well as the stock on hand updated in real time. Logging in makes it possible to proceed to the part of the service where you can purchase the goods - "on-line orders". Here there are visible quantity prices which include individual discounts and the review of the products from the logged-in customer's order waiting for being dispatched from the warehouse.

The button "Order it now" serves for ordering the products. After having used it the selected product is booked in the warehouse at once for the logged-in customer.
