Microchip’s new 32-bit microcontrollers in TME offer

TME offer has been enriched by 32-bit Microchip microcontrollers of PIC32MX5/6/7 family. The units have been optimized for use in applications requiring high computing power.
The basic parameters of the microcontrollers are as follows:

• Flash program memory up to 512kB
• RAM memory up to 128kB
• 8 DMA channels (Direct Memory Access)
• extended set of peripherals, among other things:
  • 10/100 Mbit/s Ethernet
  • 2 x CAN 2.0
  • USB Host, Device, OTG
  • 6 x UART
  • 5 x I2C
  • 4 x SPI
• pin to pin compatibility with PIC32MX3/4 and PIC24F family products
