Uploading products from a file

This function enables to enter into the system a product list from files of any of the following formats: txt, xls (compatible with Excel 97/2000/XP) and csv.
Don’t forget to separate a product’s symbol from its quantity by means of one of the following characters: dot, comma, semicolon, tabulation or space.
Each product must be put in a separate line.

It is enough to select a suitable file on your PC and to upload it to the system.





After the file is uploaded, a summary will appear on the screen, in which you can check if a given line is correct. If an item is entered incorrectly, you will see a message informing about an error type.
You need to correct the wrong line and confirm changes by the “refresh” button.



To add a new item to the list, press the “add new line” button. Three options for entering products will reappear on the screen.

The “clear” button cancels all items entered till now by you by ‘Quick Buy” button. The “delete” buttons placed next to each line delete only this one specific line from the Quick Buy.

When you finish entering lines by Quick Buy function, you will need to add them to the order by the “add to order” button. All correctly entered products as well as their quantities will be automatically transferred to the order and incorrectly entered products will stay in the Quick Buy.

When you press the “finish the order” button in the on-line catalogue, the order will be sent for realisation.
