Dear Customers,

We wish to inform you that since January 1, 2011 there will be some important changes made in the sales system way of operation on the ww.tme.eu website. Most previous functions of the portal will remain active. However, there will be some new options and possibilities, the list of which can be seen below.

LOGGING IN
Logging in will be carried out with a Login and a Password (logging in with a customer’s number will be retained only for the first logging in after January 1, 2011)

CONTACT PERSON GENERATION
Since January 1, 2011, corporate customers will be asked to determine a contact person, to whom a given order will be assigned (a few contact persons can make orders on behalf of one customer)

CART PREVIEW
The cart preview localization will be changed. After January 1, 2011, it will be possible to preview the cart of the products ordered on a separate subpage (currently it is situated in the bottom of the catalogue page)

PREVIEW OF ORDERS
It will be possible to create a few orders simultaneously.

FIXED ORDERS
While generating an order a customer will be able to define the demanded date of delivery

OFFERS
It will be possible to place an order based on an offer created by the Export Department

PARTIAL OR COMPLETE DELIVERY
In case of not sufficient amount of products on stock, a customer will be able to select an option to ship available quantity of products on stock immediately (partial delivery) or to wait until the stock on hand is replenished and then the whole ordered quantity will be sent to him (complete order)

CUSTOMER’S SYMBOLS
Every logged in customer will be able to assign their own symbol to each TME symbol. Customer’s symbol will be put on the sales documents and on the product labels and it will be possible to use it to search for products on the www page (symbols review in panel)

SALES HISTORY REVIEW
The panel containing information on products purchased after January 1, 2011

OUTSTANDING INVOICES REVIEW
The panel containing outstanding invoices and enabling to make payments for those invoices through the PayPal electronic payments system

SHIPPING ADDRESS SELECTION
Possibility to select the appropriate address for the goods shipment for each order

CREDIT CONTROL
Information system on a degree of debt and on overdue time of invoices

SEARCHING BY PARAMETERS
All products have been parameterized, making it easier to search for them

INFORMATION ON THE WEIGHT OF PRODUCTS
During the process of ordering, it will be possible to check the weight of products in the cart, based on which the costs of transport will be fixed
