The vertically split Han Easy Hood

The Han® Easy Hoods for HARTING couplings HAN series are a solution that makes complex cable assembly faster. The connector insert is first assembled on the cable and then the cable seal and the connector itself are installed in the vertically split hood. The use of cable seals has eliminated the need for the use of cable glands. The overall cable assembly time has been reduced by 15 to 20%. After connecting to the part mounted on the panel the hoods provide IP65 protection degree. The hoods are available in two sizes: 16B and 24B.
