The level of education in the field of electronics and modern technologies has a strong impact on the competitiveness of young people on the labour market. However, in many parts of the world access to this knowledge is still very limited. In response to this disproportion, Transfer Multisort Elektronik has established the TME Education project – a programme aimed at promoting and spreading technical knowledge where it is needed and difficult to access.
TME Education was launched in autumn 2016. The first countries covered by the programme were Ghana, Tanzania and Uganda. Currently, the project includes many African countries and India. In the near future we plan to expand our activities all over Africa and similar areas of the world.
As part of the project, TME cooperates with educational institutions of various levels.
We offer assistance in the form of training courses or equipping classrooms with specialized tools for studying electronics.
The programme also responds to other needs which are necessary for the most effective learning.
The project also provides dedicated educational solutions. One of them, an original set for learning programming based on Arduino Uno, proved to work out perfectly well during workshops in Africa, but also gained recognition of the Lodz University of Technology.
