Registration problems

The most common problems and their causes:

  • If you do not receive an e-mail within a few minutes since you have filled in the form, it can mean that
    • your registration is being processed;
      Then please wait until processing is complete to get an e-mail from our employee.
    • you put in the registration form a wrong e-mail address. In this case you will not receive a message with your customer number and password.
