Infineon Technologies in TME

TME has entered into cooperation with the German company - INFINEON TECHNOLOGIES, a world leader in the manufacture of power semiconductor components. Thanks to the cooperation, TME customers will have access to a wide range of products of the Infineon group ATV (Automotive), IPC (Industrial Power Control) and PMM (Power Management & Multimarket).

TME offer will include, among others:

• diodes and power thyristors,
• MOSFET transistors and modules (including high output),
• IGBT transistors and modules (including high output),
• IPM modules,
• gate drivers,
• drive controllers
• magnetic field sensors,
• AC/DC and DC/DC integrated circuit converters,
