As technology advances, a number of mechanical engineering companies that provide solutions for public utility companies, such as waste disposal, healthcare facilities and municipal water works, are looking for solutions that meet a number of environmental requirements. Advanced control systems, such as alarm control panels, require highly specified enclosures to protect costly controllers and other smaller components. With its outstanding functionality and security in the most demanding IP66 environments, the ARCA cabinet has a very wide range of applications. FIBOX ARCA is a sealed cabinet manufactured in sizes from 300x200 to 800x600. Mechanically resistant (IK 10) and resistant to UV radiation, moisture, high or low temperature polycarbonate, makes ARCA cabinets an excellent alternative to traditional metal cabinets. They do not require maintenance as they do not corrode.
FIBOX enclosures for electronics recommended by engineers include MNX, EURONORD and CARDMASTER series. These enclosures protect electronic components and make it easy to install membrane keypads and displays. Especially noteworthy is the CARDMASTER series, in which the device compartment is separated from the terminal compartment. Thanks to this, electronic systems are not exposed to damage during installation and connection of the device. Transparent, dimmed covers with a PUR gasket have a snap lock, which significantly facilitates access to the interior. The base of the enclosure is ribbed under the cable glands, which makes their installation very easy. CARDMASTER is used as an enclosure for control panels, detection and measurement systems and other industrial automation devices (e.g. solenoid valves).
One of the most popular applications in the field of industrial automation and control and measurement is a terminal enclosure. FIBOX has in its offer many solutions that perfectly protect the terminals, so that devices are connected to the existing installation or external sensors. The best example are the EURONORD enclosures made of polycarbonate, ABS, polyester and aluminum – such a wide range of available materials guarantees excellent protection in any conditions.
An important feature of plastic enclosures, which has recently become increasingly important, is the lack of attenuation of radio signals. Thanks to this, the communication devices installed in the enclosures do not require external antennas for proper operation.
