This is the default payment method, which is selected automatically upon registration. The amount due is collected by the carrier upon delivery. However, each customer is eligible to negotiate terms of payment, as it depends on the quantity and regularity of purchases from our company. To do that, contact our Sales Dept. (042 645-55-55).
Remember that the payment form must be agreed upon prior to placing an order!
This payment form is authorised after individual arrangements with the customer. The payment term depends mainly on the quantity and regularity of purchases from our company. Customers using this form of payment are required to provide us with current registration documentation of their company. Such documentation can be sent via fax (042 645-55-00) or email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Each sales document issued by TME features an appropriate bank account to settle the amount due. In Poland, the bank account is:

In the event of delayed payment, we are authorised to charge interests at the statutory rate.
Payments for the orders must be made to the account number indicated on the invoice.
It is also possible to send a pre-payment for ordered goods. If the customer chooses this option, we will withhold shipment until receiving a payment from the customer. If you wish to select pre-payment, you need to generate a pro-forma invoice on your own using the www.tme.eu website or contact the Sales Dept. (042 645-55-55). Pre-payments can be realised via a traditional bank transfer, a wire transfer, or debit/credit card payment. Wire transfers and debit/credit card payments are realised by the following suppliers: PayPal, PayU, eService.
The payment date is indicated on the generated invoice, and it is 7 days from the date of issuing the invoice. Providing that no individual arrangements were made with the customer, if the pro-forma invoice is not paid before this deadline, such invoice and the order will be cancelled.
Orders with the “pre-payment” option cannot be combined with any other orders. Shipping fees are added to each pro-forma invoice.
PayPal is one of the safest ways of sending and receiving online payments. It comprises state-of-the-art systems and processes, ensuring security of your financial information.
To send payments via PayPal, you must have a credit card or funds on your PayPal account. When using PayPal in TME service, you can send your payments in one of the following 8 currencies:
PayU is a safe system of sending express online payments, which is successfully used by numerous online stores. The system offers two options: an express bank transfer or credit/debit card payment.
PayU can be used by TME customers from Poland who settle their purchases in PLN.
eService is one of the most modern systems for settling electronic transactions via bank transfers or credit/debit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro, or Diners Club, or bank transfers in the majority of banks in Poland.
Security of payments settled via eService is confirmed by the following security systems: 256-bit SSL certificate (Thawte SSL), 3D Secure authorisation (verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode), and ongoing monitoring of all transactions.
This new payment system supports only transactions in PLN, EUR, GBP, HRK, and USD between the customer and the Polish company - Transfer Multisort Elektronik Sp. z o.o.
