Following the implementation of the WEEE Directive 2012/19/EU and Batteries Directive 2006/66/EC, producers of electronic and electrical equipment (EEE) and batteries (BAT) are required to manage and finance the collection, reuse, recycling and to appropriately treat WEEE and BAT that they place on the EU market after August 13, 2005. The goal of this directive is to minimize the volume of electrical and electronic waste and to encourage re-use and recycling at the end of life.
Transfer Multisort Elektronik Sp. z o.o has met its national obligations to the EU WEEE and BAT Directives by registering in those countries to which Transfer Multisort Elektronik Sp. z o.o is an importer/producer. Transfer Multisort Elektronik Sp. z o.o has also elected to join WEEE, BAT compliance Schemes in some countries to help manage end-of-life returns from customers. If you have purchased Transfer Multisort Elektronik Sp. z o.o branded electrical or electronic products in the EU and are intending to discard these products at the end of their useful life, please do not dispose of them with your other household or municipal waste.
Transfer Multisort Elektronik Sp. z o.o has labelled its branded electronic products with the “crossed-out wheelie bin” symbol to alert our customers that products bearing this label should not be disposed of in a landfill or with municipal or household waste in the EU. Instead, please be aware that Transfer Multisort Elektronik Sp. z o.o makes a return and collection system available to you, free of transportation and recycling costs, for discarding these products.
Disposing of this product correctly will help save valuable resources and prevent any potential negative effects on human health and the environment, which could otherwise arise from inappropriate waste handling. Penalties may be applicable for incorrect disposal of this waste, in accordance with your national legislation.

Transfer Multisort Elektronik Sp. z o.o. announces that, as a manufacturer and importer of EEE and batteries, it has assumed registration and reporting obligations for products introduced to the B2C market.
B2B customers are responsible for independently registering and settling obligations related to the equipment and batteries, they place on the market.
