Technical education without borders at TME Education

At Transfer Multisort Elektronik, we believe that technology truly matters when it provides people with real skills and opportunities. That is why we launched TME Edukacja (TME Education) — a program designed to promote and expand access to electronics education and modern technologies in regions where technical education is difficult to obtain.

The level of competence in electronics and technology has a strong impact on young people’s competitiveness in the job market, while at the same time barriers to accessing education remain significant in many parts of the world. TME addresses these disparities in a practical way — we collaborate with educational institutions, deliver training programs, and fund the equipment of laboratories with specialized tools for learning electronics.

TME Education has been operating since autumn 2016. We began our activities in Ghana, Tanzania, and Uganda, and today the program covers many African countries as well as India, consistently expanding its reach where support for technical education delivers the greatest social value.

This initiative is built step by step: from working with local partners (ambassadors) and schools, through hands-on classes and access to knowledge, to tangible improvements in educational infrastructure. As a company operating globally in the technology sector, TME contributes experience and tools that translate into measurable educational outcomes. We also develop our own learning solutions, including an educational kit based on Arduino Uno, which has been recognized by numerous hobbyists around the world.

TechMasterEvent.com Contests – a community of creators supported by TME

At Transfer Multisort Elektronik, we know that talented and creative electronics engineers are everywhere — regardless of where they live, the experience they have gained, or their access to resources. That is why we created TechMasterEvent.com — a space where electronics enthusiasts can showcase their projects, share knowledge, build connections, learn from one another, and develop ideas in an environment that supports creative work.

We wanted participants to be able to freely publish their designs, talk about their ideas and the creation process, and at the same time reach a community that understands technical challenges and helps solve them. TechMasterEvent is a place to meet other electronics enthusiasts, exchange experiences, ask even simple questions without hesitation, receive practical guidance, and draw inspiration from the projects of others. For many people, it is also a step beyond a “home workshop hobby” — an opportunity to organize their knowledge, strengthen their skills, and gain the confidence to develop new solutions and share them more widely.

The platform is a safe and welcoming space for sharing interests. The competition challenges are inspired by real-world needs — from issues related to social inequalities to problems resulting from environmental degradation. As a result, projects created within the platform not only help participants develop their skills, but also draw attention to solutions that support people, education, and a more sustainable future.
