At Transfer Multisort Elektronik (TME), we view CSR activities as tangible support for developing future-ready skills. One of the key pillars of our approach is the TME Education program, through which we deliver electronics and programming education in Africa and India using proprietary educational tools. At the same time, through the TechMasterEvent project, we support young makers by fostering competition-based initiatives and a creative community—because it is projects, collaboration, and healthy competition that most often accelerate learning and give people the confidence to pursue ambitious ideas.
Competitions and challenges organized on the TechMasterEvent platform help participants build practical experience, showcase their projects, receive feedback, and connect with other electronics enthusiasts. It is an opportunity to develop creativity and hands-on skills while working on solutions that can have a positive impact on their surroundings.
Talented and creative electronics engineers are everywhere—regardless of location, background, or stage of development. We wanted to give them a space where passion can quickly turn into skills and real projects. That is why we created TechMasterEvent: a platform for electronics makers where they can publish ideas and designs, share the creation process, and gain practical guidance, and above all build relationships with people who understand technical challenges and can inspire the next steps.
TechMasterEvent supports development through competitions and community moderation. Participants learn through their own projects, receive feedback, compare different approaches, and gain the confidence to pursue more ambitious solutions. In this way, Transfer Multisort Elektronik helps young makers move from an idea to a working prototype.
We created TechMasterEvent so that you can grow through hands-on project development, community engagement, and participation in competitions. By joining, you can showcase your work, gather constructive feedback, and build recognition among fellow electronics enthusiasts.
Take part in TechMasterEvent competitions and test yourself in challenges that motivate you to create better solutions while offering the chance to win valuable prizes. When you are looking for new ideas, draw inspiration from the projects of other creators—see how they approach problems, which components they use, and how they move from concept to a working prototype.
At Transfer Multisort Elektronik (TME), we develop TechMasterEvent as an initiative that brings together education, competitions, and a community of electronics creators. If you represent a company, you can become our partner and support the development of young makers, while at the same time building brand visibility within the new technologies ecosystem. Partnership means real involvement in activities that help young people gain practical skills, the confidence to create, and experience derived from project-based work and competitive challenges.
Together, we can strengthen technical culture and inspire future generations—regardless of country, age, or gender—by showing that technology is a space for everyone who wants to learn and create. It is also a tangible contribution to the development of future-ready skills that translate into better career opportunities for participants and a stronger, more innovative society.
At Transfer Multisort Elektronik (TME), we know the story well: it begins with an idea, determination, and hard work—and only later comes scale and recognition. When the Hubble Space Telescope first began orbiting the Earth and the early Internet saw its first HTML tags, two brothers founded TME in Łódź. At the time, few believed that a local initiative could grow into a global brand. Today, as one of the world’s largest distributors of electronic components, we want to pass that energy on—by supporting those who are just starting their journey.
That is why we develop TechMasterEvent: competitions and a community for electronics creators that help turn passion into real skills. Taking part in challenges, showcasing projects, and connecting with other makers offers young people tangible benefits—hands-on experience, motivation to grow, the confidence to share their own solutions, and the opportunity to learn faster through knowledge exchange and feedback. In the long run, this strengthens technical culture and builds future-ready skills—valuable both for participants and for the wider community.
If you would like to join the program and, together with TME, help develop a space for young creators — we invite you to get in touch.
