We have just launched a new website that allows our customers to conveniently track their shipments from TME. The site contains information not only about the shipment status but also the package and order data, which will help identify the shipment in case of any complications at any stage of the delivery process. These include, among others, the carrier's shipment number, the recipient's identification number, and the TME package number.
The website is only accessible via the link provided in the shipment confirmation email and does not offer package search capabilities. Therefore, if the email does not arrive, we recommend first checking the spam folder.
