E-invoices

E-invoice service is available for the customers of TME Slovakia s. r. o.

E-invoice service can be managed at: "Your account" -> "e-invoice".

In order to activate the service, you have to agree to receiving electronic invoices by checking the appropriate box and stating your e-mail address. Next, you need to click on the activation link in the message sent to you.

E-invoices can be downloaded through an encrypted direct https connection intended to ensure the authenticity of their origin and the integrity of their content.

If you agree to receive e-invoices, it automatically means that no paper invoices (related to sales, corrections and advance payment) will be sent to you from this point. Every time TME Slovakia s.r.o. issues an invoice to the e-mail address provided in the form, a message with an e-invoice in a PDF format together with a link to directly download it will be sent to you. After you access the link to the e-invoice, it will be valid for 24 hours.

Each download of an e-invoice through a link or our website is logged in the IT system of TME Slovakia s. r. o.

In order to deactivate e-invoice service, you need to click on the “Deactivate the e-invoice service” box located next to your e-mail address in “Your account”.

The e-invoice service can also be accessed by customers who do not have an active account at tme.eu. More detailed information can be found in the attached documents.
