TME Education project

The level of education in electronics and modern technologies directly translates into young people’s opportunities in the job market. In many regions of the world — particularly in parts of Africa — access to practical education, learning materials, and tools is still limited. In response to these inequalities, Transfer Multisort Elektronik (TME) launched the TME Edukacja (TME Education) project — a program aimed at spreading technical competencies where they are needed most.

TME Education has been active since autumn 2016. Our first activities were carried out in Ghana, Tanzania, and Uganda, and today the program covers many African countries as well as India. For local communities, this brings tangible benefits: improved access to electronics and technology education, development of practical skills, and the building of competencies that can become a catalyst for further education, employment, and entrepreneurship. In the next stages, we plan to expand our activities to additional areas of Africa and regions with similar characteristics, where technical education can most quickly translate into better prospects for young people.

As part of the TME Education program, Transfer Multisort Elektronik works with educational institutions at various levels to strengthen practical electronics education where access to it is most limited. As a result, students and teachers gain tangible tools for developing skills that can support further education, improve career prospects, and increase independence in creating technological solutions.

TME’s support has a clear, practical dimension: it includes training programs and equipping classrooms with specialized equipment needed for electronics education. In countries where access to laboratories and teaching materials is limited, such efforts help move learning from theory into practice by enabling project-based classes and the development of hands-on skills.

The program also addresses additional needs that are essential for effective learning, ensuring that technical education is not a one-off activity but a long-term process that leaves a lasting impact on schools and local communities.

Transfer Multisort Elektronik (TME) develops dedicated educational solutions that support learning electronics and programming in a practical and accessible way. One of these is a proprietary programming learning kit based on Arduino Uno. It is a tool designed to perform well in real classroom conditions, including in environments where access to educational resources is limited.

The kit has proven highly effective during training sessions conducted in African countries covered by the TME Education program, supporting learning from the ground up and facilitating classes focused on hands-on practice and independent experimentation. Importantly, the solution developed by TME has also been recognized in Poland — earning the endorsement of Łódź University of Technology, which confirms its educational value and versatility of use.
