Non-standard markets require a non-standard approach.
This is the idea that drives TME employees responsible for developing countries, mainly in Africa and Asia. Our core mission in these markets is education. That is why TME is committed to working with regional ambassadors who know the local situation best, are able to react quickly to the current needs and, as part of the TME Education project, spread knowledge about electronics and new technologies.
We currently have over 20 ambassadors in 18 countries.
For many years, TME has also been actively cooperating with universities and technical schools. Their students can participate in internships and apprenticeships in our company, in order to gain experience and translate their theoretical knowledge into practice. The company also supports students with data necessary for their engineering, bachelor’s or master’s thesis, if possible.
We are committed to the overall development of our employees. That is why we support the activities they undertake within the clubs operating in the company.
Our runners train together and take part in nationwide running events and OCR competitions. Anglers fish in the Baltic and North Sea, while motorcyclists or cyclists plan and organize joint trips. In our team we also have fans of e-sport, RC modeling, football or board games, among others.
Every employee is unique – diversity is the strength of TME!
