Car Instalation Cables

FLRY car installation cables are commonly used as permanent connections and as parts of wire harness in low voltage (FL symbol) parts of a car electrical installation. These products are characterized by a reduced thickness of the external insulation made of polyvinyl (Y) - hence R in the marking. Rated voltage of these cables is 60V and their design allows work in temperatures from -40 to 105 degrees Celsius. This type of car installation cables is also used as electronics wiring located both at a bottom of an engine block and at a greater distance from it.

Car cables in the TME offer

Transfer Multisort Elektronik offers more than 100 different types of car installation cables by BQ CABLE. They consist of one stranded core made of copper. Taking into consideration their construction, we can distinguish two basic types of car installation cables. Products marked with the FLRY-A symbol are made of regularly twisted cores. On the other hand, -B means that cores were twisted irregularly, using many more thinner wires than in the previous version. FLRY-B car installation cables are characterized by greater flexibility and a smaller minimum bend radius. The TME has at its disposal 25 colours of insulation. Depending on your needs, you can also choose the wire cross-section - we offer products with cross-sectional areas from 0.22 mm2 to 6 mm2. All BQ CABLE car installation cables meet the requirements of the RoHS Directive.
