The presented model (04700.0-00) has a heating power of 10W and can be supplied with voltages from 120V to 240V AC/DC. It is characterised by its ease of installation: it is fixed on a DIN rail TH35 with clamps. The heater is based on self-regulating PTC with temperature limiter. The radiator here is a section of aluminium profile with optimum thermal conductivity, resulting in good heat distribution.
The parameters of the device allow its use in small enclosures, e.g. switchgear and control cabinets, i.e. where such solutions are typically installed - most often in order to limit condensation of moisture, which could damage fuses, relays, etc. In other cases, a heater is used to maintain component temperatures within the manufacturer's recommendations. Despite its low power, model 04700.0 can be successfully used for just such purposes. In addition, its advantages are high operational safety and increased protection class (IP44).
