E-invoices

The e-invoice service is available for customers operated by Transfer Multisort Elektronik Limited

You can manage the e-invoice service under the tab: “Your account” -> “E-invoice”.

In order to activate this feature, you must agree to receive e-invoices by ticking the checkbox and providing your e-mail address. Then, click on the activation link provided in the e-mail.

E-invoices are made available for download by virtue of an encrypted https connection to confirm their authenticity and credibility. By agreeing to receive e-invoices, you automatically opt out of receiving hard copy invoices (sales, corrective and advance payment invoices). Each time an invoice is issued by Transfer Multisort Elektronik Limited, a message with your e-invoice in a PDF format and a direct download link will be sent to the e-mail address which you have provided. Once used for the first time, your e-invoice link will be active for 24 hours.

Each download of an e-invoice via the link or our website is recorded in the IT system of Transfer Multisort Elektronik Limited.

In order to disable the e-invoice service, use the “disable e-invoice service”, button next to the provided e-mail address. Once the e-invoice service is disabled, and you continue to trade with us, we will be issuing invoices in hard copy (paper VAT invoicing).Please note that we cannot provide both paper and electronic VAT invoice at the same time.

The e-invoice service is also available for Customers who do not have active access to an online account at tme.eu. For more details, please refer to the attached documents.

For customers without active access to a TME account, documents providing access to the e-invoice service will be sent via e-mail. We, therefore, ask that you make sure we are aware of your current e-mail address, and notify us immediately if you wish to update the same. In order to do so, we encourage you to use the form below (namely “Statement on change of e-mail address for receiving e-invoice”).
